From Vision to Reality
During my two-year journey as a Product Manager at Treekle, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of something truly transformative shaping an idea into a full-fledged product that impacted thousands of lives. Treekle started as a bold vision: a platform designed to revolutionize how students and young professionals access affordable mobile data plans and airtime, ensuring seamless connectivity in an increasingly digital world.
“Improving Student life one student at a time”
In the early stages, the focus was clear build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that solved a core pain point: the high cost of staying connected. Collaborating closely with a lean but dedicated team, we embarked on intense research, gathering feedback directly from our target audience. Every insight helped us refine the user experience, streamline payment integrations, and introduce smart partnerships with telecom providers.
As we moved from MVP to a full product, my role expanded beyond product development. I led cross-functional teams, coordinated with designers, developers, and stakeholders, and drove agile processes to ensure continuous iteration. We focused on delivering a sleek, intuitive platform where users could easily top-up their mobile plans, track spending, and unlock exclusive offers.
One of the most rewarding milestones was watching Treekle grow from a handful of users to amassing over 10,000 active users within the first two years. This growth wasn’t accidental — it was the result of data-driven decisions, rigorous testing, and a relentless focus on user feedback. We launched targeted campaigns, fine-tuned the onboarding process, and built a strong community around our brand.
Beyond the numbers, Treekle became a trusted companion for students and young professionals striving to stay connected without breaking the bank. It was more than just a product it was a solution rooted in empathy, designed to bridge the gap between affordability and connectivity.
Looking back, my time at Treekle solidified my passion for building products that solve real-world problems. It taught me the importance of agility, collaboration, and staying deeply connected to the user’s needs — lessons I carry forward in every project I work on.
Treekle’s story is one of growth, impact, and innovation — a journey I’m proud to have been part of.
